  • Located in Walchum, this 50 m² holiday home welcomes up to 3 guests in 2 bedrooms—one on the upper floor as an emergency bed (only 1.2 m high)—and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features a Jura coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls. Amenities also include a TV with video-on-demand, voice assistant, washing machine, dryer, and fan. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and convenient self check-in.



    Enjoy the private garden and two terraces—one open and one covered, which can be fully enclosed with glass sliding doors. Both offer relaxing spaces with direct views of the Ems. A private grill invites you to enjoy outdoor meals together.

Ein perfektes Ferienhäuschen in Traumlage und super Ausstattung.

Pros: Mir hat besonders die super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gefallen und das Herzblut, das der Vermieter und seine Frau in dieses Ferienhaus gesteckt haben. Hier ist wirklich alles durchdacht und an alles gedacht. Wenn etwas unklar sein sollte, kann man um Rat beim Vermieter fragen und bekommt sogleich eine Antwort! Auch meine Vierbeiner haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Neues Haus in perfekter Lage

Pros: Wir durften vom 02.05. bis 09.05.2026 eine wunderbare Woche in der Ferienwohnung „Leonies Emsblick“ verbringen – und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert: Der traumhafte direkte Blick auf die Ems, die absolute Ruhe und die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Hauses laden sofort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Ob im gemütlichen Wintergarten, den man komplett schließen kann, oder auf der schönen Veranda im Eingangsbereich – überall findet man kleine Lieblingsplätze zum Abschalten. Die Unterkunft selbst hat unglaublich viel Charme und wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles wirkt hochwertig, geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig herzlich und gemütlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Küche – so hervorragend und reichhaltig ausgestattet haben wir es in einer Ferienwohnung wirklich noch nie erlebt. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Auch für Urlaub mit Hund ist „Leonies Emsblick“ absolut perfekt. Cons: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
