"This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️"

These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. Arrival was fairly smooth, following the instruction sheet. The exterior of the house was somewhat worn, with sections of missing gutter, worn paint, and loose entry steps. "Wonderful place to stay! It’s tuck away in this quiet neighborhood. It’s far away from the chaos of Burlington but close enough that we’re able to go back and forth multiple times a day. We dropped off our son at UVM and stayed for a week. Angela is very accommodating and replied promptly to our inquiries. I wish we could have used the kayaks but it was not available for the guests. However, Angela provided an option for us to rent one nearby. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed the place and we are...
