"Really loved how the place is right on the ocean, beautiful sunrises each morning. The amenities are a bit dated and the floors could use a deep scrubbing but overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Loved the central island location and the Coconut Mall next door. I would visit again."

"The property was beautiful, your condo was so pretty and comfortable! Access to the town of Kapa’a was perfect! We enjoyed every moment! Mahalo from Alaska"
"Beautiful hotel right on the water, great pool and bar area, game room, rooms facing the water. Great place to stay and hang out, relax and have fun!"
"Very convenient location in Kapaa - can easily head north or south depending on the weather and interests. Property has beautiful gardens and while the beach is pretty narrow, the ocean is beautiful. The buildings and rooms? The buildings are showing their age. The AC in our room was a bit flaky and the cable TV was kind of a pain to use. Oh... and while the third floor rooms have nice views, be aware that there are no elevators (at least in our building)."
