"On arrival we noted that the shack was located in an unkempt yard surrounded by long grass and located next door to a large boar pig. On entering we discovered that there was no water available. We were eventually able to locate the source and turn the tap on. Next the toilet ceased to operate and the host tried to fix it to no avail. We were advised to bucket the water into the toilet prior to each use. That was fine until the toilet cassette became full to overflowing resulting in us having to urinate in the shower! Just as well we didn’t need to dedicate! The host sent me an email offering a “partial refund” which I haven’t responded to as I believe we should receive a “full refund”. To this end I await your response."
