Home from home
Very charming, clean and tidy studio apartment. Comfortable and cosy. Well stocked with a variety of teas and coffees. Private patio area. Had a great stay and very handy to beach. Would recommend.

Great little get away
I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a nice comfortable little room with everything you would and could need. It had great proximity to the beach and main street, and the host was lovely to deal with. I would most definitely stay again

lovely well presented batch
This was a very nice well presented Batch hosts were lovely and efficient .Nice and close to the beach 5 minute walk to the beach and the local shops and 5 minute drive to RSA who do a nice cheep lunch and dinner. we will return again soon enjoyed our stay very much thank you so much

Excellent 2 nite stay... lovely decor and extremely well equipped with teas, nespresso coffee, towels and toiletries. Outside balcony lovely had the weather been more conducive. Very quick walk to the beach. Thank you Carly and Bruce.

9 day holiday in Waihi
The property is just what you see online and is just cute, tidy, clean, modern and perfect for 1 or two people. Close to the beach and shops and 11 min drive to Waihi township where there is a New World and other shops. Carly and Bruce go out of there way to be there and accomodate you with anything that you require, a lovely couple and will definitely be going back to stay again. Highly recommend for short - long stay. 10 out of 10 :)

Overall impression great. The blue and white umbrella cofused me. I could not really see it from car park and then I thought it was probably mote grey and white. I would not mention it in instructions.

Small but all you need
Great location close to beach access and township. On a busy Road in Summer months but not so much road nose at night. Well appointed with all you need great outdooe space...clean bright and great host. Recommend for couples.

The Perfect Spot
I highly recommend staying at the Boat House. For its compact size it was very comfortable and has everything you'll need. It is clean and modern, with a lovely deck area for basking in the sun. Otherwise, the beach is a 2min walk away, as are the shops and eateries. Carly was really help with everything and communication was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful decor with just about everything you need in a pocket size space. The location of The Boathouse is great, beach, restaurants, shops all walkable. The space is small, so more a Summer break location with table and chairs out on the deck. The space is right on the road , at road level, so if you want absolute peace and quiet this is not the place for you. Our hosts, Carly and Andrew were friendly and helpful and present a gorgeous wee space.

The Boathouse is a lovely apartment for a couples' getaway, perfectly located near the village and beach - the hosts are very responsive and friendly (and helpful with dining tips!) and provided welcoming touches such as complementary coffee for the capsule machine, soft fluffy towels, and beautifully scented toiletries.
