About this property
Stunning modern beach house 5 minutes walk from the beach
- Relax and unwind in our brand new beach house! The beautiful white sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk away, as is the dairy for buying ice creams and the fish and chip shop. Sit outside on our expansive deck which enjoys all day sunshine. There is plenty of room to park the boat and it's only 5 minutes drive to the boat ramp to launch for a day's fishing and diving. Enjoy some kayaking on the Athenree inlet or biking on one of the nearby bike trails.
The house has a spacious kitchen with new appliances and an open plan living area. There is a second lounge area for the kids or the teenagers. There are four bedrooms. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has a single bed with a trundler and the fourth has king single bunks. There are two bathrooms and an outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a swim at the beach.
As per Kiwi bach tradition, please bring your own sheets and towels.
