What a gorgeous place to stay, friendly fabulous hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed. we arrived late and all the lights were on for us it was warm and inviting and modern, with wonderful comfortable beds. We are fussy travellers and this lux little unit was perfect. It’s walking distance to the village we would stay again next time we’re in town - thanks 😊

Perfect for a getaway
The property is private despite being an attached dwelling. Place is clean and spacious and a great location close to the beach. Perfect for our family of 4 for a weekend

Great spot
Fantastic stay in a fabulous location. We were getting married in Waihi Beach so this was our spot to get ready and then start our married life together! House was perfect and everything was amazing. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay here, so handy to everything and beautifully kept.

A wonderful stay at Snazzy
This Bach is located in a fabulous spot close to beach and shops. Sue and Tom are wonderful hosts, the Bach was beautifully presented and had many lovely little extras we didn’t expect (boogie boards for eg). Thank you for a fantastic stay in a beautiful beachside village we would definitely stay at snazzy again.

Beautiful stay
We had a lovely time at Sue’s place. The location and accommodation were perfect and it was very baby friendly for our 5 month old. Sue and Tom were also wonderful hosts and easy to deal with.

Perfect quiet place for family
This is a perfect, clean place near the beach and shops. Everything is within walkung distance and all amenities are there. Owners we're very easy to talk to and very welcoming. I love that it is baby friendly as well so the whole family actually enjoyed the stay.

Perfect location to Beach and Restaurants
Our stay was excellent. The location was a minute's walk to shops and cafes and a 4-minute walk to the most amazing beach. Sue and Tom were very friendly hosts. The accommodation was superb and much larger than it looks in the photos. It was spotless inside and out. The inside is beautifully decorated and the outdoor living was really well set up. Everything you could think of was provided. Waihi Beach is so close to Waihi Township, Bowentown (we biked the track to there and back), Athenree and Katikati. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A fantastic getaway
Sue and Tom are wonderful hosts. They were very welcoming and shared great information about the area. Their place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, kitchen was well equipped, towels for the beach and boogie boards. A beautiful area and so close to town and the beach! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Escape
Snazzy exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, bright and breezy, private, and perfectly located only a short stroll to the village or beach. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more. Sue and Tom were wonderful hosts. We hope to be back soon.

We had a fabulous stay at Sue and Tom’s place. A clean modern place, perfect location two minutes from the beach and shops. The Bach had everything we needed. Sue and Tom were friendly, but also gave us our space. We’ll be back!

Snazzy is awesome!
We were really happy to have chosen this place to stay. It had absolutely everything we needed, was very clean and was in such a perfect location. We will be recommending this place to family/friends and would love to stay again ourselves! The owner was also very accommodating and was super quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!

Always a great stay!
Snazzy is clean, comfortable and perfect for a family or two couples. Everything you need and more, it was great having the beach toys and trolley. The location is fantastic being so close to the beach and shops. No road noise. Sue and Tom are lovely and willing to help if you ever need it. The beds are super comfortable with nice linen. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay in the little unit, my kids felt very at home. It was a shame the weather was so terrible. It was great they had kids toys available for my 3 year old to play with we were super grateful for that. However there wasn't a whole lot to do being stuck inside due to pouring rain. Was great we had access to a fully equipped kitchen so we could cook meals. Shower water pressure was amazing! And the house/heating kept us cozy with the colder weather. I do think we were expected to do a lot of the cleaning despite I believe having to pay a cleaning fee still. Not a large one if I remember correctly but still more than I'd expect with the amount of cleaning required prior to leaving. But I would stay again.

I do not charge a cleaning fee Just to clarify for potential guests: My ethos is: leave the place as you found it. I would expect you to tidy up, wipe the bench, stack the dishwasher, sweep the floor and mop it, clean the toilet and the bath and lastly strip the bedding you have used. This is not a hotel and I do not charge a cleaning fee. I feel to do theses things before you leave is just a common courtesy.
