Newly built (completed May 2017), with 2 sunny decks and only 200m to the surf, Modern Beach Break is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Waihi Beach holiday home situated in a quiet, child friendly cul-de-sac. This fresh and modern house is bright and tastefully presented, offering a sweet year round set up with Wi-Fi, just moments from the sea!

This Waihi Beach holiday home includes open plan living, with a modern mid-century vibe... Relax in style with a heat pump for ideal summer and winter comfort. The well appointed kitchen and breakfast bar lends itself well to cruisy holiday brunches, or unwind al fresco with the BBQ on hand for perfect summer afternoons on the deck!

Bedroom 1 at this Waihi Beach accommodation includes an ensuite bathroom plus a TV and a heat pump, and is fitted with a king bed. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, while bedroom 3 has a king single bed plus a full height king single trundler - when required, the 2 singles can be made into a queen. To complete your easy group configuration, a second bathroom services the remaining rooms.

Chill out and enjoy some much needed downtime, with sunny interior and ideal indoor/outdoor flow... Or stroll to the surf beach within a few minutes walk from your door! There are a selection of dining options within a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive, so you are never far from your daily fix or some good old kiwi fish 'n chips...
