"Convenient location and comfortable and well appointed room - perfect for our one night stay in Oamaru. Easy parking and ground floor room made access very easy. Would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers. We didn’t use the on site restaurant or bar facilities so can’t comment on that."

"Good stay! The standout feature for us was the internet — it was exceptionally fast and reliable, If you need strong Wi-Fi for work or streaming, this place absolutely delivers. The views are also nice, and the home itself is spacious and comfortable. There’s more than enough room to easily accommodate a large group — 10–11 guests would fit comfortably with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to support that. It was just the two of us, but we really enjoyed having the extra space. The host was excellent — extremely responsive and quick to address any questions. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. The home is well equipped with everything you need. The only slightly awkward aspect is the fridge placement, which sits a bit between the kitchen and living area, so it’s not the most convenient layout for cooking. That said, it’s a minor quirk and didn’t impact our overall experience. Overall, a comfortable, well-run property with fantastic internet and a very attentive host. We’d happily stay again."

"Unit was clean, tidy, a little dated but in good condition. Conveniently located, helpful staff. The clincher for us is the dog-friendly classification allowing us to take with us our beloved black Labrador. The one thing that would lift the unit to 5 stars would be a heat pump/air conditioning. We shall certainly book again. "
