The room was absolutely spectacular! We have stayed at this resort multiple times and the rooms, service and staff are second to none. We love being right on the beach and the singer every night from 6-9pm under the tree is one of our favorite things. Mad shout out to GINA! In a world where customer service is on the decline, Gina made our whole stay incredible. That saint of a woman deserves a raise and made the Royal Lahaina our resort of choice when staying in Kaanapali! Can’t wait to come back!

Great property all around (great pools, restaurants, location, stores, and flamingos). Surprisingly, they have a few exclusive bourbon bottles, with my favorite being the Knob Creek single barrel pick Westin exclusive at 120 proof, highly recommend for any bourbon aficionados (take advantageof their whiskey Wednesdays in their arcade).
