"All staff members we spoke with were very helpful, including during breakfast. Only issue we had was with our first room. When we opened the door it was obvious the room had been smoked in… A LOT! It was pretty frustrating after driving all day to finally get to our room only to have to head back to the office. We were given another room very quickly. However I have to wonder if housekeeping reported the smoking in the room? Maybe they did and it was ignored. Either way it was an annoyance. Other than that, we had a great stay."
