Der Aufzug war defekt, was für eine mit mir reisende Seniorin nicht ideal war.
Das Licht im Zimmer war defekt. Dies wurde nach Anruf bei der Rezeption am folgenden Tag repariert. ich fände es trotzdem schön, wenn so etwas vor Übergabe an den Gast geprüft würde.
Die Angabe bzgl. Rezeption "täglich von 14:30 Uhr bis 03:00 Uhr besetzt" bei Expedia ist falsch. Die Rezeption ist Abends gar nicht besetzt, sondern man muss anrufen. Leider hat das Hotel nicht im Vorfeld den Code für die Tür und den Schlüsseltresor übermittelt, die habe ich erst bei Anruf erfahren.
Am Waschbecken ist kein Seifenspender - es muss der Spender in der Dusche oder mitgebrachte Seife verwendet werden.
Zum Frühstück gibt es lediglich schwarzen Kaffee, Cappuccino usw. sind nicht verfügbar.
