"Disappointed in room…….carpet stained, bathroom floor not as clean as I would have expected, previous guest’s socks left on bathroom floor, and generally not pleased with this particular room."

"The front end staff was very good, the floor in our room was filthy, they didn’t clean the room the first night after we asked the cleaning staff to come back after 11AM, they didn’t understand English."

"This hotel is on a country club, and the grounds are well maintained. It was spring and there were lots of azaleas and dogwoods in bloom. The room was attractive and comfortable, a nice change from the usual chain hotels that I stay at. The switch for the desk lamp didn't work, but all of the other lamps worked well. They seem to be doing renovations in some of the rooms, but it didn't detract from my stay. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available in the lobby 24/7. There are a variety of cookies in the evening. Breakfast is from 7-10 and is in a room with a nice window looking out on the grounds. It is cereal and breads and yogurt. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't quite ready for me at 7, as I needed to get somewhere. There is a restaurant that serves dinner Wednesday to Sunday, but I didn't have an opportunity to dine there. The receptionist that checked me in was very pleasant. I would stay here again if I were visiting the area."

"DO NOT STAY THERE. BED UGS EVERYWHERE. THEY MIVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM, IT HAD BED BUGS, THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM, HAD EVEN MORE B D BUGS. THEY EAID MANAGER WOULD CALL US FOR REFUND. NEVER DID. CALLED SIX DAYS IN A ROW AND EVERY TIME SAYS SHE JUST LEFT. LEFT NUMBER EVERYDAY AND SHE REFUSES TO CALL BACK. ANYONE WANT VIDEO PROOF LET ME KNOW"

"This place is amazing!! It is gorgeous, hard to explain how beautiful it is. We were welcoming at check in and warm cookies available. We stayed in the back house. Wow!! The courtyard between the main house and back looks like a fairy tale. Flowers, water fountain, places to sit. Relaxing. Our unit was the cleanest place I've stayed. Everything was high quality. Even porches to enjoy. And the price cannot be beat. I definitely recommend staying and am ready to go back for a longer stay. "
