"The front lobby staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Beds were very comfortable, with 2 different types of pillows. The lights in the bathroom was extremely bright. Toilet was quite low. But , place was great overall!"
"My extended family stayed here for our yearly family vacation and we had a great time! The house is within walking distance to Weaverville’s quaint downtown, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the house itself was clean, tastefully furnished, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The hosts were extremely responsive, even over a holiday weekend, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. (At one point we couldn’t find a blender, so they had one delivered! On a holiday, no less!)There were a few issues with the house itself, (a bathroom door that wouldn’t latch, inadequate lighting on the back porch and patio, the oven had temp issues, the playground set had some safety hazards), but the hosts were unaware of these prior to our reporting them, and assured us that they would see to them. Based on their attentiveness to our concerns, I have every confidence that they will! They are excellent hosts and this property ended up being a great choice for our family!"

"This is hands down one of the most well stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. I definitely overpacked on supplies- they have thought of everything! Property is even better in person than the photos. The views are spectacular and it was perfect for our family of 6. As other reviews have noted, the driveway is a little unfriendly but once you do it a couple times it’s fine! We most certainly will stay here again in the future. Yonder was very responsive and we had zero issues. Wish we could have stayed longer!! "

"Worked out extremely well for our group of 12. Plenty of space for gathering together yet room for privacy and spreading out. Game room, hot tub and deck with a view kept guests entertained. Property condition gets 4 stars as it is an older home. Lots of upgrades but could still use a handyman here and there. Fans, supplied, helped a lot with climate control in 90+ degree weather."
