"Wild Oryx was out of the way of other bubble camps which is what we wanted. We wanted quiet and no light pollution so that we could see the stars. Eid is the owner and very attentive. While planning I appreciated his quick and thorough responses. The camp is what is expected from a camp in the dessert. The food was good local food. The activities are great but pricey. The staff were very friendly. We were very happy with our stay. "

Fabulous accommodation and service at cafe with refreshments and scheduled sunset jeep tour! Then a delicious dinner cooked perfectly in ground with all kinds of salads desserts and tender ribs and chicken ! Beautiful night sky’s after dinner and a restful sleep. Wonderful all around!!"

"This place is a scam, avoid it, they will try to get you to double pay for your room, they list this place under various names, but all provide a fake address in the local village, then you have to call them and then they give you directions, once there that is when the scam begins, plus it is not a nice place, very run down"

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Located within the protected area with incredible views surrounding the camp. The hosts are very helpful and arranged a jeep tour, stargazing trip at night, as well as a delicious dinner. They even drove us to the train tour nearby. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever return to the area. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Sharah Luxury Camp in Wadi Rum. The camp offers a unique combination of comfort, great atmosphere and authentic desert surroundings, making it a perfect place to experience Wadi Rum. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The camp manager helped us organize an unforgettable tour of the Wadi Rum desert, during which we were able to admire a breathtaking sunset over the red sand and rock formations. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed in one of the “Martian” capsules, which was a great experience in itself. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing night in the desert. Being able to look out at the desert landscape and the night sky from such a unique room made our stay truly special. The atmosphere in the camp was warm and welcoming. Common areas were cozy, and the evening by the fire with traditional tea and dinner was a perfect way to end the day. The food was tasty and plentiful, and the staff made sure everyone felt well taken care of. Overall, Sharah Luxury Camp is a place we would gladly come back to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Wadi Rum. The combination of excellent service, great atmosphere and the unique overnight stay in a Martian capsule made this an unforgettable experience."
