  • Welcome to Terracotta on Taylor, a brand new home with old world charm in the heart of the East Side Arts District, downtown Waco (and just 1.3 miles to the Magnolia silos).

    The living/ kitchen is open and airy with 11' ceilings and large windows that offer peaceful views to towering trees. Plus, a large deck provides a lovely space for entertaining. We are just blocks from downtown, yet you'll find the home relaxing, and peaceful.

    Stroll to McLane Stadium, the river walk or multiple restaurants just a few blocks away.

Please no bleaching hair at the house and also no bleach in laundry (we've had it wreck our towels with subequent washes). Thanks!
