Simplicity House 3 Ensuites Walk Silos Baylor McLane Shopping w/Secure Parking

The Simplicity House is anything but simple. In this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, each room with it's own private en suite bathroom, has a comfortable living room with a cozy conversation area, open to the dining room and kitchen. There are two porches, one at the front of the house and one at the back of the house. Both are perfect places to enjoy your coffee in the mornings or even a glass of wine in the evenings. This home is sanitized after every guest checks out in order to make it ready for the incoming guests. There is hand sanitizer dispenser that is always available in the kitchen area. This home is within walking distance to Magnolia, Baylor, McLane Stadium, shopping and restaurants. If you are traveling with a larger group, please check in advance for availability of the other two homes right next door in order to keep your party together. A 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home is available as well as a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath next door. We are pet friendly so please pay the $75 fee for one pet or $100 for more than one pet.

Great house with private parking

Cute three bedroom, walking distance to Silos and restaurants. Lots of nice touches, like full coffee bar with sugar/cream, luggage racks, large bath towels.

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time at the beautiful VRBO house! It was clean, safe, and conveniently close to all the attractions. The hosts were great and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great Waco getaway.

Great Location

This was a getaway with friends and it was the perfect place for us. Location, size, amenities all perfect. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay and explore Waco Ava surrounding areas.

Great House

The property was perfect for us. The en-suite bathrooms were great. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and the location was close to all the shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect place

This property was the perfect place to stay near Baylor and the Silos. The house was very clean neat and organized. Private parking with a gate is a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for family and friends!

The home was decorated so cute and everthing was fully thought out. Every amenity that you could think of was available. We were 3, 60+ year old ladies and there was plenty of space for us. We each enjoyed having our own bed and bath. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this property!

Updated Clean Great Location

Our family loved this completely updated, clean and spacious home. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and there is gated parking as well. The location is walkable to Magnolia and any other sites around Magnolia. Owner communicated clearly and was a wonderful hostess!

Home Away from Home

We came to Waco for a birthday celebration. The Simplicity house was perfect for what we needed and it felt just like home. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so for 3 ladies, it was perfect. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings, played games at the kitchen table, and felt right at home!! Thank you Charmaine for your hospitality! We will definitely stay here again!!

The house was very clean, smelled fresh, and in a great location to walk for other activities. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows , we all slept great! The house was very comfortable and it had everything you could possibly need inside waiting for you !

Great house

Our family from Washington and Florida was visiting and we decided to take them for a night to Waco. This sweet house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. The small touches throughout were tasteful and everyone absolutely loved the privacy of their own bathroom in their room. The kitchen was fully stocked with the best little coffee bar set up. Such a great house, I would highly recommend this home and if we ever make it back to Waco, we will definitely stay here again.

Great home base in Waco

A comfortable and well decorated home with many amenities! Great location for walking to restaurants, Magnolia, and shops. Very clean, separate climate control in every bedroom. Lots of little touches from the host made us feel at home. Communication with Charmaine was quick and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Safe place to stay

This was our first trip to Waco and there was 5 of us-girls trip. Def felt safe and after looking around the area, so glad we stayed where we did! Secure parking around back, walking distance to downtown & house was loaded with everything and more that we would have needed! Maybe bring an alarm clock if you don’t like using your cell phone other than that not a detail missed!

Absolutely wonderful!

First ever "sisters" trip...We could not have asked for things to be more perfect. From booking, communication with host (who is AMAZING), location, cleanliness...I could go on and on. I've stayed at many homes through VRBO, and this was by far the best. Charmaine was so helpful, easy to communicate with, and just an overall great person. Her attention to details and excellence are definitely apparent!
