Waco - Behrens Lofts - Magnolia Everything - Fabled Book Shop

The property management was wonderful to work with, answering questions, providing needed information etc. The property was safe, clean, and steps away from many favorites. If you have heavy luggage, there are several steps out front to maneuver, but the loft is on the main level, so very convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in the Behrens Loft!! Condo was exquisitely decorated and every possible convenience was considered ahead of time to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit with a very contemporary feel. Situated very close to the Baylor campus. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in Behrens Loft and will always make it our first choice when we’re visiting Waco.

Husband and I traveled with his sister to get the Magnolia experience. Love how the success of Chip and Joanna has run throughout the city. Great Waco location!

This condo was just as expected. It worked great for the girls trip that a friend and I took. Both bedrooms were comfortable and having our own bathrooms was a big plus. Parking was super convenient & we could walk to all the things we wanted to do. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Silos and right next to the Dr Pepper museum. Close to downtown bars and restaurants, and the Saturday farmers market. The bookstore in the building is great as well!

Great location for shopping

The unit was clean and cute. The Silos were about a ten-minute walk in one direction and in the opposite direction, Spice Village (a must see for shopping) was only one block away. We lucked into being their the same weekend as the Waco Farmers Market in their new location. It was walkable and worth going. The bookstore in the same building as our unit was the perfect way to end the night with a glass of wine and walking around looking at books.

Close to everything

My sister & I stayed here for a sisters weekend and loved it. The condo is close to everything including Fabled, a lovely bookstore just right outside in the same building. I do recommend packing slippers unless you’re staying in the warmer months. The concrete floors were chilly! But the condo itself is outfitted well with everything you need. Even though it’s on a busy street & basically on the ground level, we had no trouble with noise - pretty quiet overall.
