Enjoying the last of winter at Gitchi Gumi

It was simple and awesome. Perfect for what we were looking for. We have a child with multiple allergies, the kitchen was very usable and we made every meal at home. The pool was clean, with a hot tub, sauna and game room. The kids lived down there and had a blast. So did the parents! Also had a great selection of dvds to borrow for free!! The condo was comfy, for the five of us well and the lake view was spectacular. Easy check in/check out

Good stay

This was what we were looking for. Close to Grand Maris and surrounding area. On the lake was beautiful, super full moon on the water.accommodations meant with our needs. Plenty of space for 5. The only complaint was the futon. It was not comfortable at all. Brought in chais from the deck. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves in the rental.

North Shore Trip

We stay along the shore every summer and this was the furthest north we have been. Cabin had a few maintenance needing issues but it functioned for what we needed. We’d hoped to use the balcony from our room more ( photos were of a glass pane) but it was actually railings that were wide enough for our young child to fall through so we didn’t get to view much of the lake from here. Close to lutsen, many waterfalls/ hiking, and grand marais.

Beautiful

Great location for biking and hiking. Great spot for families with kids. Kids played in pool and game room while parents enjoyed time in common room and balcony!

On the + side Pictures reflect accurately. Well equipped kitchen Easy check-in and out Great balcony with view of Superior On the - side Sliding door screen does not shut tight and screen has holes... so lots of bugs allowed in Loft bedroom mattresses are not usable for adults Living room fan thick with dust, affected breathing of one guest.
