"Excellent hotel, best quality, way too good, room was very specious, Bathroom was huge and very clean, excellent customer service, staff helped us constantly whatever needed. Manager Marwan at food service was excellent, treated us generously when we reached there, we will never forget about this hotel, I will recommend everyone. Breakfast was excellent with so many best quality delicious food, we took 3 persons room which has divider in the room with bed , room decor was fantastic, seating area table, built in charger, special window with view. We loved this hotel!!"

"Truly beautiful hotel- exquisite design and attention to detail. We had a 'cosy' room but it felt spacious and was perfect for a night in the city. The room came with tea and coffee station, fridge, hair dryer and a hand held steamer. The views of the surrounding area and botanic garden were lovely, as were the staff we encountered. The rooftop bar was a little loud for us, so we opted for a drink on the terrace in the evening instead. Very happy with our stay and impressed with the value. Although we won't return to Brussells, we will certainly look for other Hoxton's elsewhere."

"Emily checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic. She was cordial and engaging. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, Emily was always available to help with anything we needed. The staff at breakfast was great. I would stay at this location again. I would not take the airport shuttle. It’s too much of a pain. I definitely would Uber to the hotel. I Uber to the airport this morning. Best way to do it."
