They change our room to another floor and Hermes from the FD offer to us the dinner of that night complementary. That was a really nice gesture. "This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years.
