The check-in and chekout is so easy, the facilities are really nice, simple but modern. The place is well connected with public transportation (5 min Metro and 2 min tram) and a lot of options of restaurants and stores. Also the real palace is close walking (20 min). Stop with this pseudo high tech nonsense... Keep true and competent human beings at the reception. Your system doesn't work and is a true waste of time. The bed where I was was far from perfect.
