"Had a parking space in front of my room,as I was a bottom room.Arriving and departing was easy.My room was clean and spotless with all amenities ."

"The pool was down for maintenance and nobody explained that at check-in, the bathroom had stains in the shower and patches in the ceiling. The worst part was that after I left, I got charged to park my vehicle in their parking lot in Pullman, Washington. Where else would you park? It’s not the fee, it’s the fact that they add it and don’t say anything about it, nothing like getting nicked and dimed… I thought only cheap hotels do that. Very unprofessional."
