The check in process is a bit complicated and the E9.50 per night tourist tax is a bit high and surprising. The front desk staff are excellent and the room was great. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything. I would highly recommend this property. Lots of great restaurants with walking distance."

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "
