"The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good! Very hot shower. The carpets on the way to the room were GROSS. There were stains and dried spills. Huge hotel. We left early and couldn't enjoy the amenities to review about them. Huge hotel. Literally across the street from the airport."

"After a long day of driving, we were met with a room door that barely functioned. The handle had to be jiggled and turned several times before it would open/close (not to mention the key card worked about 50% of the time). The toiled ran and I had to open the tank and help it along, and there were no bath towels. Luckily though, we had 4 trash cans."

This was actually our second time staying with Holiday Inn. The first time was about a year ago in San Francisco, and we were very impressed with how clean everything was. When we booked this stay, we were hoping for the same level of cleanliness — and we’re happy to say it met our expectations again. Overall, the service was at a very high level. We also want to mention the breakfast — our kids absolutely loved the pancakes and muffins. We were very happy with the choice we made and would definitely stay again."
