Breakfast was good, service was good. The hotel is good as welel

We were three families and stayed in three separate rooms for a night. We would not stay here again due to the following reasons. Too expensive for the quality we got. Positive: Good location (central and parks/river in walking distance) and quiet room; friendly staffs Negative: building and rooms were not well-maintained and old; food at breakfast was cold; lobby didn’t have AC on, fans didn’t work; ventilation in bathrooms didn’t work at all; balconies were dirty.

The top floor 9 view of the neighborhoods was great. Very reasonable hotel prices.

We honestly cannot recommend Banyan Tree Lang Co enough. We came here for a last resort stay to celebrate my birthday, and it far exceeded every expectation. The staff were the true highlight—genuinely friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special, providing a personal host throughout our stay who took care of our every need. The accommodation was out of this world. The Beach Villa with an ocean view and private pool is absolute perfection—we didn't want to leave! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of cuisines, and they were happy to accommodate special orders. With so many different restaurants to choose from on-site, we were spoiled for choice. The shuttle bus to Hue and Danang City was a great bonus. This is a true luxury stay filled with so many lovely surprises by the staff. We are so grateful!
