A pleasant hotel
A pleasant hotel with modern and spacious rooms, all overlooking the sea. Itsxa bir out of the way, but better for it. Food was decent enogh and the reception staff very helpful. Huge pool but the decking needs maintenance

Great hotel. Some of the amenities had changed due to coming in slow season, but the staff made up for it in service and upgrades. Would definitely stay again

we love this place!
Second time here. Both times were great. Gratuitous staff, very clean and quite. The price seems low for this nice property. infinity pool. Ocean views. Rent a scooter here and have fun. Make sure you get dropped off at Security office to avoid the stairs! The driveway is just south of the stairs.

The staff were amazing, room was lovely and clean. Pool is highlight. I was a little disappointed with gym, not well appointed and gear broken. Close to local restaurants, so recommended if you want a relaxing break

Overall good stay.
Just needs some renovation and upkeep. Lots of steps so not easy for handicap persons. Go in entrance at 66 to minimize the climb. Staff were excellent. Nice pool Breakfast was very good.

I am very happy and content of my stay there, granted that the stay was a short one; 2 days and 1 nite. However, that is enough to see that the property is well care for, very clean and staff are well trained, polite, helpful and very friendly. It well exceeds my expectation and I'll definitely be back. Breakfast is very good too!

good bits: nice pool area. Room ( sea view suite) was very comfortable. Staff very attentive. relaxing place top stay not so good stuff. It was 174 steps up form the road level to our room, an absolute killer. in the heat of the day. 100 steps from the restaurant / pool level to our room..I felt the hotel profile should be a bit more open about this. Definitely not a good place for any disabled those of limited mobility. The whole place is ion need of some serious TLC / maintenance. Our room, and all of the public places are showing the signs of serious ear & tear. Not to the standard I would expect of a hotel of this level. The hotel is also some distance form the town, so a taxi ride. Finally menu in the restaurant is limited. 2-3 days maximum before all realistic options have been explored. This place could be much better if the management took a hold of the maintenance . for me it was an issue. Also the wifi network is weak... poor signal.

The first impression when I arrive, it does not have front lobby to welcome you. Its steps, steps n more steps. Not for those elderly people to stay. From their lobby, I need to climb up 100 steps to reach my room. That's tiring. Now the room. I didn't quite expect to see that the balcony is not a private one. Its another corridor that was connected to your neighbours. Not many privacy. But then again if you or your neighbours are friendly enough, its good to communicate with each other. By the way, I stay in the room no. 1513. The breakfast is delicious. Everyday I look forward to their breakfast.

Stunning room but...
Pros: Room was fantastic, superb view of the sea. Huge balcony. Hotel is near the beach. Staff is okay. Cons: Need to climb uphill constantly to get back to your room. The room is beautiful but full of insects like worms and bugs. Balcony connected to other rooms, privacy concerns. Stay away from the restaurant other than your free breakfast. Food is expensive at the hotel restaurant and below standard. LOTS of flies when dining at the hotel restaurant. We had no choice but to dine at the restaurant because they don't serve hotpot and soup in the room. I guess they are just too lazy to climb all the way up to the room.

Hotel was incredibly run down compared to the images. Service in check in was very slow and no help given with the huge amount of steps up from the road to the property and then to the room with the bags. The room at first glance looked ok, however was very dated with a blocked sink and dirty sheets. Breakfast the next morning was very poor with little to offer and especially as a lot of the items had already been finished and not replenished. Stayed one night out of the 3 that was booked and left. The area was poor, right on a main road with lots of cars. Pool was dirty with broken loungers and filthy parasols. Unfortunately not such a good stay.

It was a lucky choice for my trip. So glad I chose this place for the end of my trip to Vietnam. Everything from the room, balcony, views of the ocean, swimming pool, reasturant and of course the staff, was off the charts excellent. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Great hotel!
This is one of the best hotels in Vietnam. Everything is spectacular- staff is wonderful and food is excellent. The only hesitation is if you can not walk up stairs - lots of steps to room but if you are willing to climb a few steps it is well worth it.

Wonderful view from the room
It was a great hotel to end our stay in Vietnam. There are quite a few stairs to climb but the view is well worth it. They are building a new addition to the resort that will have an elevator.

Nice hotel, great location
A small hotel in a great location far enough away to feel as though you have escaped but right in between Back and Front beach so that you can easily access all areas of Vung Tau. The rooms were lovely, we had the highest level up the hill, so quite a few stairs, but that helped work off all the beautiful food we ate! The pool was large and had a great view over the wet edge to the sea. And their breakfast was one of the best we had had travelling though south Vietnam and Cambodia! Great Value, location and friendly staff! (albeit relaxed and a little unattentive, but that almost seems the normal for S/E Asia)

Perfect getaway with amazing view!
From the moment we'd arrived until we said goodbye our stay was perfect. In fact I made a mistake when I booked our room, thinking I had included my daughter ... but I hadn't. They immediately figured out a solution and helped us have a wonderful trip to Vung Tau. You will enjoy the view, pool, service and quiet you will not want to leave. We all thank you very much! Cute resort by beach
Great hotel even though we didn't spend the night. My boyfriend and I were too afraid to spend the night (instead we spent it at family's) because when we arrived, the hotel's electricity went out twice in an hour and both times were at least 5 minutes long. We are just easily spooked but other than that, the place was beautiful. Complimentary fruit in the room. We got the larger room with a jacuzzi tub inside and a beautiful view in the top corner of the hotel. The breakfast we got that was included with the room was also delicious! Bun bo hue and tons of fresh fruit for breakfast? Please!!!

The best hotel in the are for the price!
Very ice in November, low season 40-C/95F temp,wanted to extend my stay, than it got booked, so I miss the pool. Great view from the pool, looking at so many boats to pass by The beach is just 50 meters to the right across the street, few steps, you need exercise any way. Highly recommended !

Honeymooners would enjoy
Manager Markus was quick at responding emails and giving information. We stayed at a sea view room(upgrade), and the view was awesome. Beautiful swimming pool and friendly staff. Food is good too. The only downside is that you need to know how to ride a scooter to get to places, otherwise you will either be stuck in the hotel or have to get taxis. (There's no convenience store nearby, get stuff beforehand)

Very Romantic Spot.
We were newlyweds when we stayed 4 days and 3 nights at LEMAN CAP RESORT in Vung Tau. Because the hotel was so quiet and peaceful, its perfect for a romantic weekend for honeymooners. We stayed in the suite which with its wall-sized windows and a balcony.gave us a beautiful seaside view. The suite also had a separate standing shower room and a big, open jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful and did their best with any/all of our requests. Restaurant was very nice and food was good--free breakfast every morning. The beach is right across the street and there are bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping nearby. I would recommend you rent a moped instead of taking taxis...its cheaper and a more effective mode of transportation if you plan to site see, take alot of pictures, and eat out. Biggest drawback to this hotel is for a place to have the word 'resort' in its name you'd think there were more services like spa or massage....nope, they don't have any of the usual hotel/resort services you get with most all of the nicer hotels. We're honeymooners and planned on spending a lot of our time there but because they didn't offer any services we had to spend a lot of our time leaving the nice room/facility. Overall, we were pleased with our stay because the hotel was just such a lovely, romantic spot and despite no resort services we'd come back again.

白亜と赤ブーゲンビリアのホテル
海岸道路から山手に上がった白亜のホテルでブーゲンビリアが咲き誇り、大海原が見渡せるきれいな静かなモダンなホテルで、大変満足しました。インフィニティなプールもあり、ゆっくりした時間がすごせます。夕日もきれいでした。また、スタッフも優しくて、相談できます。またレンタルバイクもあり運転出来れば行動範囲が広がります。

Ok, men kunne vært så mye bedre.
Bildene er nok ikke helt i samsvar med virkeligheten. De lyver ikke, men forteller bare litt under halvparten av sannheten. Hotellet er trivelig, rent og lite å klage på. Men bassenget og området rundt er veldig lite og ved flere gjester enn ved dette besøket så blir det ikke trivelig. Skjemmende utsikt til alle kanter bortsett fra rett frem, hvor havet er. Mye søppel og falleferdige bygninger rundt omkring eiendommen. Gode senger, god Air condition, flott service og trygge omgivelser. Behovet for vedlikehold begynner bli synlig. Dyrt i forhold til verdien.

Es hat viele steile, schmale und glatte Treppen die im Prospekt nicht ersichtbar sind... Sonst ist es eine Preiswerte Unterkunft!! Frühstück und Restaurant sind gut.
