"The hotel is wonderful The infinity and swimming pools are great. We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing.. The key standout of this hotel were the staff, every single one of them were amazing. They all went that extra step to make our stay 5 stars..The customer care was top notch so I would like...

"Pros: The house is wonderful, very clean, renewed and with all the facilities required to have a very nice time. We spent 1 week and the pool is joined with the rest of properties, but we were almost everyday alone on it. The check-in is very easy, you receives the keys and that is all. Emilio is very friendly and he called us 2 times on that week to know if everything were ok. Definitely, highly recommended. Cons: We have nothing bad to tell."

"A beautiful hotel and grounds offering an authentic, local experience, the rooms, restaurant and food were all of a high standard. The menu choices and food quality and presentation were particularly good and very enjoyable. It was lovely to be able to make use of the swimming pool and the location offered amazing views out to sea as well as panoramic views of San Sebastián. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A walk-in shower would have been preferable to one over the bath as water tended to go everywhere! "
