"Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "

Only down side at present is construction of the beach front which limits facilities in the immediate area and everything else that comes with the work.
