Stunning stone house nestled in the heart of the historic old town of Vrsar.
- Villa Vrsar is a beautifully restored Istrian stone house that spans two floors. The ground floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en suite bathrooms with showers. Additionally, there is a charming "taverna" area with a fireplace and a small kitchen, complete with a table and chairs for enjoying meals together.
On the first floor, there's a spacious open-plan living area with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a convenient toilet with a washing machine. The living area offers breathtaking views of the Vrsar islands and the sea. For added comfort, the living area is air-conditioned and can accommodate two additional guests for sleeping.
Outside, there is a small garden of about 90 sqm that overlooks the sea and the islands. This is the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets or simply relax on warm summer evenings.
