However, we were on the third floor and there are no elevators. You do need to be able to climb up and down stairs easily. It’s about a 15 min ride from the airport closer to Trogir than Split. We took the bus over to Split and it took about an hour 1/2. Cabs are very pricey so beware. We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved Croatia. The public beach, right beside our building was beautiful. Just what you would expect from a Croatia beach. A water taxi was only 100m away from our accommodation. This water taxi provided easy access to the Old Town of Trogir. Petra greeted us upon arrival. "This was just what I wanted from a one night stay in Ploče. Great and convenient location close to shops, restaurants and transport, large clean room with effective A/C, friendly and helpful staff and an incredible view from my room. I slept in exceptionally well."

"Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. Transparent communication on their behalf regarding the restaurant closure would have allowed us...

"The resort has probably some of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve ever met! Everyone was genuinely happy and keen to help with anything we needed. The beach was beautiful although it had an extra charge per day. The only thing I’d say, is that the main building needs some maintenance; the gym was disappointing and parking can be tricky."

"It is a large full service property on the bay, two big pools with beach access, very large dining and breakfast room, very nice gym, it’s just an old building and not renovated so the rooms are just average, I feel like I’m on a cruise ship in the standard room, 15 minute walk to old town, but at least it’s down a pretty, scenic driveway. Very family, friendly, this big place has sold out, kids everywhere."

"The property can be qualified at most as an 1 star facility , maybe 2 because the bathrooms are clean and significantly run down . For example the rooms have no fridge , no ice machine in the hallways ( that smell strongly like cigarettes smoke ) , the head of the bed has the plug in the place where you will try to lay back and the light gets on and off depending how you lay . The staff is so poorly educated about the way they should do their job ."
