Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and Crockery, cooking pots, cutlery, etc. available. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.

Vrbnik. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a public car park in the town. Private parking spaces are available, but they are not located on the property and are free of charge, 350 m away.

Air conditioning. There are a total of 3 air conditioning units in the flat: one in the living area and one in each of the bedrooms. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception is via cable.
