"All staff was helpful. I especially enjoyed chatting with a waitress. I’ve forgotten her name. I do remember she said she was 75. She didn’t look it! She was very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. I loved the old public rooms with their antiques and decor. Wish we could’ve stayed longer"

"If you want a cosy ("koselig" på norsk) place to stay, this is it ! My wife was really facinated about the place (cool rooms), our kids enjoyed the trampoline outside in the garden, and myself liked the extreme friendly host - and great relaxed atmosphere. TOP SCORE from us ! :-)"

"Nydelig beliggenhet rett ved vannet. Fin hytte med egen deilig uteplass og alt vi trengte av utstyr/kjøkken. Booket hytte for 4 voksne (to par) ble litt skuffet da d kun var et soverom m køyeseng. Et par måtte sove på en steinhard sovesofa i «stua». Ingen gardiner og fullt innsyn utenfra"

"The vacation home was well-furnished and beautifully situated, with a view of a lake and the mountains on the other side of the lake. It was a lovely lake for swimming. There was a wonderful sense of peace, disturbed only by birdsong and the occasional car."
