Plenty of seating within the dining room and a good amount of space within the reception area. Rooms and bathrooms have heating. My room had a window that opened. "We booked a family room at 12:45 on the same day and arrived at 19:30. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very confusing, you have to check in at another hotel five minutes away, which we weren’t told in advance. On arrival, we were first given the wrong room, then a family room with an unmade sofa bed and no bedding. We were told this was because we booked “late” and should make up the sofa bed ourselves, but this was never communicated in advance, and I would not have booked had I known. Perhaps the receptionist was new, but it made checking in with tired kids late in the evening very time-consuming and stressful, with lots of trips back and forth. Once settled, the room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh options. Do note that the hotel is close to a nightclub, so it can be noisy at night on weekends."

"By far, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful, staff were exceptionally friendly, and the water park was beyond my expectations. Everything about the hotel was beautiful, and so full of details. 10/10"

"Honest to goodness seemingly effortless Scandi design that pays homage to the era in which the building was built. Why rebuild a 1960's building when all you need to do is maintain it and stay true to the its original function and design. Can't get any higher eco credentials than that."
