Our stay was okay. We planned on swimming, but the pools were closed for construction. I suggest the hotel build an indoor pool for guests in the winter time.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! First off the price is phenomenal for the location. A mere three minutes walk from Times Square, great place to be close to all areas! Subway station nearby! Staff were lovely and available at all hours for anything you need! It’s family friendly and the room was brilliant with everything you need!

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level.
Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

Positives: Located on the strip.
Negatives: Terrible internet (which they charge you $14.95 for) The room was missing the mini fridge. There was no indication or warning that the pool would be closed for the season still- so, missed out on the pool as well.
