"The villa at Skaloma is an unforgettable property and its owner and managers are tremendous people! Six of us stayed on the second leg of our Greece vacation. We were looking for a small village experience on water, and that’s exactly what we got. Communication with Alex, Kostas, and Zeta was prompt and easy. Kostas and Zeta are perfect hosts - from the very helpful and informative emails prior to our arrival to the personal greeting and introductory tour of the villa upon our arrival - which was much later than we anticipated. A lovely welcome gift awaited us and a very special bakery delivery by Kostas and Zeta arrived a few days later.The property itself is remarkable offering every amenity you could need in a beautiful authentic Greek home. We were very comfortable and made ourselves at home. It was SO clean too!The beach! Ohhhh, the beach. Literal steps from the front door. Crystal clear water on the Gulf of Corinth with a backdrop of hills and clear blue skies. It was a dream to kayak in the morning and walk the quiet street for a light snack and a beverage.We were greeted each day by the very sweet and gentle neighborhood dog whom we named “Dusty”. I believe he loved us as much as we loved him.The breeze through the MANY windows was delightful and the covered porches were the perfect places to have our morning coffee and relax. Our ONLY regret was leaving. Kostas and Zeta were there to send us off with a hug and kiss. Parting is such sorrow."

" Tucked into a romantic village, our hotel stay last night felt like a soft exhale. The cobblestone charm, the quiet hum of the mountains, and the way the air held a hint of pine and possibility—it was the kind of place that invites you to slow down and feel. Morning greeted us with an outstanding breakfast—fresh breads, local marmalade, fresh fruits, and eggs that tasted like they’d been laid with love. It wasn’t just a meal; it was a gesture of care. Later, we wandered down to the water for a nighttime walk. The path shimmered under the moonlight, and though the world was quiet, it felt like it was listening. That walk—simple, gentle—was a balm. As we checked out, the staff surprised us with a small gift. Nothing extravagant, just thoughtful. A token of hospitality that said, “We’re glad you were here.” "

"I only wish we stayed more. The property is new, modern and stylish, beautifully appointed and well maintained. The sea view is charming and the pool is in-waiting. The host Nataly is friendly and very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast she made for us. A must try!"

"I hope to fit all the well deserved praise for the house and the wonderful people who gave us best holiday of our lives!First of all, our booking communication with Alex who manages the property was impeccable. He kindly and immediately answered all our little questions before we arrived. It was a relief to know that we will have what we need and he sorted out our booking with great professionalism. For me at least it's massively important to feel trust during the booking process, so thank you Alex for making sure that it was all flawless. Marios, the owner, followed up with excellent inside tips for the area, such a lovely person! And as my husband likes to say, the MVP was Christos who's hospitality is the stuff of dreams! He is the property caretaker and his own house is nearby. Not only he showed us around, he made sure we're comfortable but he also cooked a feast for us twice! He is truly the most caring and generous human ever, and I don't remember the last time we laughed so much. The house is a such a beauty. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, everything is extremely clean and accessible, and the kitchen is very well organized. And the pool, oh my heart! I felt like royalty sipping my morning coffee, looking at the spectacular view and enjoying a swim.We had booked another place for the second week of our holidays and we wish we never left this heavenly location. "I really didn't want to leave a public review because then my favourite "seacret" Greek spot wouldn't be much of a secret anymore. But, I feel it wouldn't be fair to our amazing hosts Michalis, Christina, and Voula. The property was immaculate, and the apartments were stocked with everything we needed to truly feel as if we were at home. The beach front was private and shared with 3 other apartments. The parking was covered. Playground provider away from the apartments so that noise would not be a factor. Air-conditioning worked very well. I will 100% be back. Thanks, George B. "
