"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly the breakfast team and the house cleaners were the best part of the stay. Excellent, helpful, friendly service. I would say the best part of the stay. The price was much higher than I would likely pay next time. But I might have to sneak in for breakfast and say hi to the friendly folks on the 5th floor and leave them a tip. 🤓"

"We booked primarily for the location and the kitchen. It was a 10 minute walk to the parks which was great after a long day of walking. Parking was very crowded as they squeeze in every car so don't count on your car being by your room. We wanted a kitchen and while it had enough utensils, plates/bowls, and pots and pans, there was only one sharp knife, no pot holders for using the oven, dish towels, or a dish drainer. "

"Grounds were beautiful. Loved having The Pizza Press on site. Awesome pool. Short walk to Disneyland. Loved our deck overlooking the outdoor play area. Room is incredibly outdated. Carpet is old. Very hard to open the patio door. Our room had a super small bathroom for our family of 4. The shower was unusable. Told staff when we left so I’m really hoping it gets fixed. Pressure was all over the place and it goes between hot and cold throughout the shower. Tub took hours to drain. We would come back, but it would need to be an updated room. I highly suggest trying to get one."

"The room was good. It is a little outdated and could use some care. The breakfast was great! Good variety, clean and the staff was amazing. The location was also great. You could either walk straight to the park or catch the bus at the Toy Story parking lot. Only downer was that the pool wasn't fixed."
