"When I came into the lobby to check in, I was completely frazzled and freaked out thanks to an incident on the I-5. I was shaky, and probably a little short with the individual who checked me in. He was so incredibly kind, walking me through the property and check in process, offered me water, a place to sit and decompress, and anything else. I can’t stress the service of this place.
The room itself was nice - tidy, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. You can tell the property has been updated fairly recently, and it shows. The property is clean, and well maintained. Everything was perfect. I would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here any time I need to stop in Springfield. "

"This house was perfect for us and met all my criteria. It was spotless and could not have been any cleaner! Andre and Christina were very welcoming and personable hosts. Andre went out of his way to make special accommodations for us. He answered my inquiries promptly. The house contained everything you could possibly need. It was quiet and in a great location close to restaurants and close to Eugene. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. There were plenty of soft and fluffy towels. The living room area had comfortable furniture and there was a large screen tv. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even food in the cupboards you were welcome to use. The fun bonus for us was the big massage chair! "
