The 110m² apartment lies centrally located but still quiet in Volkach. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and towels and thus offers space for 7 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine and satellite TV. The host provides guests with homemade honey and jam and homegrown fruit from the region upon request. Slippers and a welcome gift are also provided. Beauty treatments, physiotherapy and Thai massages are offered in-house. In November 2021, there is a wellness package with included massages for guests (1 massage per guest per stay is included), and there is also a testing station for the current pandemic in the house.

Thanks to the convenient location of the property, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is just 2 minutes away on foot (130m) and the nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away (540m). The River Main is just 10 minutes away on foot (850 m) and is a lovely place for a stroll or a bike ride. Nuremberg airport is 1 hour 12 minutes away (94.2 km).

Parking is available on the property as well as in the public parking lots across the street. No pets allowed. Smoking strictly prohibited in and around the house. No parties. Check-in 3pm to 6pm / check-out 11am. No air conditioning. Step-free interior, step-free access and wide doors.
