Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Ok . So we had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. We hardly slept the first night, second night was better, third night ok. Could not open the window at night because the street was noisy so we suffered from an overheated room. We were given 2 fans which helped a bit. Hotel management did not engage with us at all until we checked out. The hotel staff tried to be as helpful as possible. The manager insisted that cool air was coming out of the ac unit but it categorically was not. The only assistance we got was late check out. The hotel was in a strange area. A lap dancing/strip club next door and a club sauna opposite. Otherwise a good location for Prague new and old town. To conclude not sold on this hotel and definitely not value for money.

Feels like a Four Seasons- style luxury hotel - but without Four Seasons prices. Lovely elegant room with great bathroom. All the staff were super helpful. Also really appreciated the nightly happy hours and complimentary walking tour of Prague

Clean, charming place with terrace in the great location. Worth every penny.I loved the history of the building. Fast and easy communication with the staff. Definitely a gem to come back to.

Lovely unit in a fantastic spot in the city. Communication was easy and the host was very accommodating. Having the washer and dryer in our unit was very helpful. I definitely recommend.

Great location. The staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices.
