"The hotel is in the most beautiful setting and on paper is stunning however the staff really let it down. The restaurant service was probably the worst we have ever had. No menu for 20mins, no one asking if our food was ok, bringing the wrong food and then being ignored by staff for the rest of it. ..."

"Pros: Very good breakfast. Good massage spa on site. Looks to be a good ski in-ski out location in winter, ski storage area. Parking available Cons: no ac-not fun in August with highs of 90F/32C. Gym may be the worst hotel gym I've ever been in-most equipment broken."
