Large vacation home with a porch on the shores of Lake Edersee/Kellerwald; dogs welcome

A tasteful and cosy holiday home with approximately 180 square metres of living space, a large sunroom, a spacious terrace, and a garden. Fully fenced, in a quiet location right next to the Kellerwald. An ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides.

The garage is available for use, and there are two parking spaces in front of the house. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored behind the garage, in the annex.
We live in the neighbouring town of Marienhagen, where we have a riding facility.
You’re welcome to bring your own horse or pony and board it in one of our spacious stalls. We have a great trail riding area, or you can use our indoor riding arena. Pasture access is available. The price per stall per day is €25, including feed. We are an organic operation. We also use green electricity.

Our ponies are also available for children to ride.
€20 per hour.

Shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlours are located 10 km away.

The price per night for 4 people is €175.00, including bed linens and towels. Prices are adjusted for specific dates and may therefore be higher.
Each additional person pays €45.00 per day. Babies up to 1 year old stay free.
Dogs are allowed and are charged an additional €10.00 per night per dog.
The final cleaning fee is €135.00.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
