Wellness apartment located on the ground floor of a splendid 16th-century house, recently renovated, within a small village in Peaio di Cadore, a hamlet of Vodo di Cadore. The town is located in the heart of Centro Cadore, just 15 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo. The apartment, elegantly furnished, is equipped with a whirlpool bath and sauna, and is the ideal solution for those seeking peace, silence, and total relaxation.



Peaio is a small village that develops along the Alemagna Road. Between the Boite river and the settlement, it is still possible to walk along the Ancient Royal Road of Cadore, a historic connection between the Po Valley and the Germanic territories. Recently built is the Dolomites Cycle Path, which runs parallel to the Royal Road and offers splendid opportunities for walking or mountain biking. In the surrounding area, there are numerous hiking trails, via ferratas and mountain huts, as well as local agricultural businesses that offer fresh, high-quality zero-kilometre products.



The apartment consists of a beautiful room with vaulted ceilings, furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV and electric fireplace. Contributing to the unique environment are a round whirlpool bath and a splendid sauna, perfect for pleasant moments of well-being.

The living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, LCD TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with WC, bidet and spacious shower enclosure.
