Your villa consists of 1 floor, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 130 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and TV. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine.

Vodice. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
