Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view from our spacious roof terrace, which is equipped with everything you need for relaxing hours in the open air: Tables, chairs, deckchairs and even a barbecue are waiting for you. It's the ideal place to get together in a relaxed atmosphere and take in the beauty of the surroundings.

    The interior of our 47m^2 holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed ensures a good night's sleep. In the large living room you will find a sofa bed (approx. 160x195cm), which offers additional sleeping space. Our kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils, a cooker, a microwave and a fridge. The entire flat is air-conditioned, but also benefits from a pleasant indoor climate, which is favoured by the thick stone walls of the traditionally built house. Each flat also has a small terrace at the entrance, which invites you to linger.

    The outdoor area not only impresses with its spacious roof terrace, but also with its traditional architecture, which offers guests a shady spot to cool off during the summer heat. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mediterranean life to the full. Guests often praise how pleasant it is to relax from the heat either by the sea or in this shady haven.

    The area surrounding our holiday flat offers a wealth of activities and excursion destinations. Take day trips to the famous Kornati and Krka National Parks or explore the Mediterranean and lively cultural cities such as Šibenik, Trogir, Split and Zadar. The nearby car-free and unspoilt islands are ideal for quiet discovery tours. There are also excellent hiking trails along the coast and beautiful bathing spots can be explored by small motorboat or sea kayak. Attractions such as the Museum of Traditional Wooden Shipbuilding in Betina and the International Children's Festival in Šibenik are also nearby.
