"Cold! We were two adults and they gave us one small blanket that covered half the bed. This must’ve been an oversight, but when I called in the evening (11pm) to get another blanket, there was no response. I slept with my ski jacket and sweatpants on and used the two bathrobes as blankets. The spa says it’s open until 8, but at 730, the sauna door and steam room door were both open to air them out for the night. We were disappointed. Besides that, the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. We won’t be back. Definitely not worth the money. "

"Not may options for dining- what was super frustrating- Maybe it’s just a town, but there was absolutely no way to get coffee before 9 AM. It was extremely frustrating. I’m not someone who cares about breakfast at all, but I will drink coffee all day not having access to coffee bugged me. I walked a quarter mile to the gas station and got gas station coffee, which was wonderful considering. "

"Very clean, safe and walkable, nice staff, breakfast was good with nice view. There was no hot water 2-3 nights, had to talk to hotel multiple times and finally figured it out. No elevator in the building, no telephone in room. "

"Very close to two of the three lifts from the village. Great views of the last slope down to the village from the rooms and the pool/hot tub on the roof (where drinks are served). Excellent service; the staff can’t do enough to help. Food is very good and wine list is extensive. Rooms are large and well appointed. Overall a great hotel in a great location."

"Staff were super friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities (pool, sauna(s!), steam room, gym). Food was always plentiful, great quality and varied. Top hotel with some awesome skiing closeby."

"The good - great location, right next to the A2 gondola and across the street from ski rental shops and the local grocery. Away from the main Apres area but we appreciated not being in the center of the loudest part of town (and easy to walk to the other side of town if desired). Staff were helpful upon checking in and service was good throughout the stay. We did half board (dinner included) and dinner was better than expected. Breakfast was excellent. The not so good - no thermostat in the room and room remained hot throughout the stay…we had to crack windows to not overheat. Bed could have been more comfortable. No hot tub/jacuzzi on site and the pool in the basement is fairly cool. Sauna is small. Shower in room was quite small (but there was a large standalone tub). Best part of the stay was the skiing (resort is awesome for both piste and freeride), and hotel food was probably the highlight of the hotel itself. "
