Okay rooms and beautiful pool area!

This hotel is okay - not great but not bad either. The room was a bit dirty in the corners but there is a mini fridge in the room + a lovely pool, hottub and sauna - which is a nice and beautiful area.

Dirty and outdated hotel

The hotel was outdated and ready for a big renovation. The rooms were not cleaned properly as dust was visible on the sticky light switches and hair dryer. Also the head board had disgusting stains on them and we cleaned it ourselves before going into bed. They really have to do a more thorough job on the cleaning. During the two nights we stayed, a dog could be heard barking all night long. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Pool area was good. Definitely not worth 4 stars.

Very outdated hotel. The room was not clean. Especially the pillow was extremely dirty with hair, dust and black specks on it. Luckily there was a pillow in the closet, so I used that one. When I told about the pillow at check-out, the receptionist said they would swap it out. Hopefully they do that every time? No apologies were given. Also the keycard wasn’t working on some doors like the pool and dressing rooms. O had to ask to get it activated. All and all not a great experience.

Super slechte informatie over de spa. In de spa blijkt slechts 1 sauna beschikbaar. Voor de andere sauna’s heb je geen toegang. Zeer slechte afhandeling van mijn klacht hierover. Totaal geen begrip. Oud gebouw, gerenoveerd maar ziet er nog steeds oud uit. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is slecht.

De bedden waren uitstekend en het ontbijt fantastisch. Enige wat ik miste was misschien iets van brie/ camembert. Perfecte uitvalplek voor een paar dagen Limburg. Na een dagje lopen kun je heerlijk ontspannen in het zwembad en de sauna.

Schöne Lage, sehr ruhig. Anlage hat die besten Jahre hinter sich, überall müsste renoviert werden. Schmuddelige Flure, enge Zimmer, winzigstes WC. Schönes Frühstück, leider war der Lachs nicht frisch und ungenießbar. Für den Preis hätten wir besseres erwartet

Sköna sängar, rymligt rum. Bra med separat toalett, saknade dock ett tvättställ där toaletten fanns. Bra poolområde. Frukosten var ok, hade kunnat va fräschare! Vi var på genomresa, kom sent och åkte efter frukost, hann inte utforska omgivningen, men det verkade mysigt.

De sfeer van bos en groen werd mooi doorgevoerd in de inrichting van het hotel. Handig ook die fietsboxjes om de fiets te stallen. een prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen. Het zwembad is een waardevolle toevoeging.

Mooie kamer, schoon en ruim. (suite) Zwembad prima, ook netjes en warm niks op aan te merken. Ontbijt heerlijk en naar mijn mening ook volledig. Hotel is wat gedateerd, maar heeft zeker een goede sfeer.

Was hier vaker geweest en nooit problemen. Nu vroor het buiten en was de kamer erg koud, verwarming op de kamer heeft men uitgeschakeld en kamer moet men verwarmen met airco. Alleen die deed het niet. Vriendelijk personeel heeft wel elektrische verwarming geplaatst en extra dekbed. Kamer was niet schoon toen wij aankwamen. Voor euro 189 per nacht (moesten voor de wellness euro 44 extra bijbetalen)is dit allemaal niet acceptabel. De tijd krijgt vat op deze accommodatie en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed.

De locatie is mooi. De ontbijtzaal en het restaurant waren in orde.De kamer waar wij in zaten was matig schoongemaakt. Veel rag, kamer en badkamer bevatte schimmel en haren. Veel vliegjes. Het personeel was aardig, ontbijt was gemiddeld, geen uitgebreide keuze, maar wel voldoende. Kwaliteit was goed.
