    Newly open to the public. Farmhouse with a closed sunny courtyard, modern fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet with bidet. Smart TV, 2nd bathroom, 2nd toilet and own sauna, free Wi-Fi, inspired by the famous Czechoslovakian exhibition Expo 58 at Brussels.
    Located 118km South of Prague is the unique 1900s 'u Faflika - Farmhouse'. Inspired by popular Czech TV show Vyprávěy ("narrate") the handpicked collection of retro decor will take you back to the 60s and 70s. The quaint village of Vlkov is popular for cyclists and tourists traveling South Bohemia and features picturesque oak-lined roads and lakes.
    Stay connected with wifi, a smart TV, and a nearby Ev charger, or disconnect by strolling to the lakeside pub for traditional Czech food.

    It is a farmhouse with a closed sunny courtyard in Vlkov nad Luznici in the retro style like in the TV show (Tell me) the house is for 6 people, (two bedrooms - one "parents" with a large double bed 2x2m, the other "children's" with two beds 1,4x2m (It can comfortably accommodate two people and a sofa bed in the living room 1,8x2m.
    With a modern fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster utensils etc... Farm
    Smart TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection. Open barn with seating for rainy days, barbecue, and outdoor seating.
    Hot and cold water, linen, towels, bath towels, and toiletries. Bathroom, toilet, pantry, and lockable bike shed with electric bike charging socket.
    700 m to the pub, Sandpits lakes - 900m, 900 m to the Luznice river, the river Nezarka 1800 meters. Naturist beach 800. The farmhouse is bigger in real than in the pictures.

Un logement charmant dans un environnement remarquable

Vacances en famille avec de grands ados pour découvrir la Bohème dont Cesky Krumlov (1h). Charmante fermette de plein pied avec cour intérieure fermée. Installations neuves, propres et confortables avec déco 70s. Sauna privé. Plages au bord d'un lac (propre) accessibles en vélo ou voiture (30-35 min à pied). Resto/ bar tchèque sympa à 10 min à pied. On recommande !
