"Staff so so friendly and helpful, whole place had an amazingly relaxed and welcoming feel, room super clean tidy and pleasant, breakfast extensive and enjoyable in sanctuary of a garden. Location is set back ever so slightly from tourist drag at front. We only stayed 1 night and would have loved to stayed more, if we are back on Ydra we will book here again no doubt "

"The Bratsera was such a lovely place to stay! It is rich with history and offers premium food options. The rooms are a tad older but that just adds to the charm. "Excellent location and view. We booked a Tower room with view and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with living room and dining room. This was HUGE! Front desk gave me a yoga mat for my room upon request. The wine provided as a gift was great. And the bottled water was generously replenished daily. The bath products were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, including fresh figs one day! Spa was also excellent. I highly recommend this property. The hotel also provided free transfer service from the ferry port. "
