Indulge in the spacious and stylish interior. The inviting living room features a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings and a billiard table for hours of entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a joy, especially with local ingredients. Dine under the covered BBQ area with a large dining table for 10 people, perfect for enjoying delicious grilled meals.

Our villa features four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. For ultimate relaxation, three of the ensuite bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, and one of those is a luxurious jetted tub. We comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults, and for larger groups, there are two extra beds available in the rooms, suitable for children, allowing a maximum occupancy of 10 people.

Step outside to your private oasis! Relax by the pool on comfortable sun loungers or unwind in one of the several outdoor seating areas. Enjoy some friendly competition with a basketball hoop and small football goals. For the adventurous, we also offer several bicycles for your use, perfect for exploring the nearby Parenzana trail.
